Very happy I saw the ad and followed it. I am finding this helpful as I am strengthening my core from surgery a year ago. The motion helps, and since I do not have any rocking chairs currently, this product lets me turn many seats into rockers. I purchased the bundle with the better carrying case and am glad I did. Would recommend.
