What is the Ready Rocker?

We improved the age-old act of rocking by providing a more affordable, convenient, and portable option to turn virtually any furniture or seating scenario into a rocking solution. Chairs, booths, beds, and even airplane seats all instantly and conveniently convert into an effective rocker. With a fully adjustable force, users can customize the tension and bounce to find the perfect rock level with the simple twist of a dial.

How portable is the Ready Rocker?

The Ready Rocker is the world's first and only patented portable rocker. Its unique design and size allow for it to be easily transported with you wherever you go. It even fits in a standard carry-on suitcase!

Can the Ready Rocker be used in all chairs?

The Ready Rocker can be used as long as the chair is 4-legged and cannot be moved when you lean back with your full upper body weight. Make sure your chair or bench has enough room for both you and your rocker to sit securely and comfortably. Standard seat depths work well for most individuals, but extra room/deeper seating makes rocking more fun!

Who can use the Ready Rocker?

The Ready Rocker is for ADULT USE ONLY, NOT FOR USE BY CHILDREN.

The Ready Rocker CHILD and JUNIOR sizes can be used by children under adult supervision.

Can I use my Ready Rocker on an airplane?

The Ready Rocker can fit in most carry-ons and be used on a plane. Since different airlines have different seat widths and depths please check with you preferred airline to ensure that the Ready Rocker will fit in your seat. Standard seat depths work well for most individuals, but extra room/deeper seating makes rocking more fun!

What is the return/exchange policy?

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY:

Products purchased from readyrocker.com are eligible for return or exchange within 30 days from the shipping date. The product must be in new and unused condition in the original packaging. All product parts and packaging materials must be returned to receive a refund. Rocking Inc will provide a prepaid return label. Once received at our warehouse, the product will be inspected for condition and complete contents. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit if the return or exchange fails inspection. Also, please note that if your return or exchange passes inspection then you will be given a refund minus a $10 restocking fee.

What should I do if my Ready Rocker is damaged or broken?

Your Ready Rocker is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and provided it is used in compliance with the instructions.

If you believe your Ready Rocker is eligible for replacement under our 1 Year Limited Warranty Policy, please submit an inquiry here or by emailing hello@readyrocker.com. Please make sure you send photos and make sure to mention your order number and the email used when placing your order in your correspondence. Our fulfillment team will look into to this and get back to you as soon as possible.

How do I cancel my order?

You can cancel your order if it hasn't shipped.

Inquiries such as this need to be reviewed by our fulfillment team. You can request a cancellation by submitting an inquiry here or by emailing hello@readyrocker.com. Please make sure to mention your order number and the email used when placing your order in your correspondence.

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed within 7 business days after your return is received in the original packaging. You will receive an email confirmation once your return is processed. Please keep in mind that it may take several business days for you to see your refund reflected on your credit card statement.

Is there a warranty?

1 Year Limited Warranty Your Rocking Inc.® product is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and provided it is used in compliance with the instructions.

Note: THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS and is only applicable to product purchased from an authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer.

Should a defect be found, please return the product to the authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer from whom the product was purchased or directly to the company. If the product was purchased on rockermama.com or readyrocker.com please contact hello@readyrocker.com for instructions on where to return the product. You can also find the company information on readyrocker.com.

Repair/replacement under the warranty will only be carried out if accompanied by proof of purchase issued by an authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer.

Rocking Inc.® will either repair, or at our option, replace free of charge any parts necessary to correct any defects in material or workmanship which occur during the warranty period.

Please note that this limited warranty will not be applicable if:

You fail to maintain the product in accordance with this owner's manual. Please refer to the warnings and best use sections for the maintenance requirements.Damage is caused by you or any third party.The product is faulty due to general wear and tear which is a result of everyday use.The product is damaged as a result of an accident.

Please refer to the warnings and best use sections of this manual for proper use.

Note: The high-quality fabrics in your Rocking Inc.® product have been selected to provide excellent service when subject to normal use; however, this warranty does not cover damage or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to either harsh weather or to prolonged sunlight.

The warranty expressly disclaims liability for incidental, special, and consequential damages of any nature. Any implied warranty arising by operation of law shall be limited in operation to the term of this warranty unless specifically covered by your national and/or local statutory rights. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights based on your state/province of residence.

How long does the actual shipping take?

Once an order is placed, it should take up to 1 business days to ship out your order.

Standard US delivery through FedEx typically takes 1-3 business Days, depending on distance from our distribution centers located in Ohio and Nevada. Where do you ship?

We currently ship to all 50 US States and Canada. We do NOT ship to APO, FPO or PO Boxes.

Orders that are shipped to Canada are subject to individual fees for customs, duties, and taxes. Rocking Inc is not responsible for any fees charged by a country's customs department or postal service including, but not limited to, Duty, GST and PST taxes. You will be expected to pay these fees directly before your package(s) will be released by customs. Unfortunately we cannot mark items as "gift" or undervalue packages. All of Rocking Inc products are manufactured offshore and are dutiable.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, a tracking number will be sent to the email you provided during checkout.

Rocking Inc accepts a variety of payment methods including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and PayPal. As well, we also offer affirm.

Where is the Ready Rocker made?

The Ready Rocker is designed, produced and packaged in the USA, Philippines, and Mexico.

How should I clean my Ready Rocker?

Wipe away spills immediately to prevent staining. Spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not saturate material. Do not machine wash/dry.
