The correct use and care of your Ready Rocker® will help you get the most out of your purchase. Anyone using the Ready Rocker® should be provided the information in this product manual prior to use.
Ready Rocker® Product Information:
This product is designed for use by ADULTS or under ADULT SUPERVISION. Iconic design. Patented (Utility). Additional Patents Pending.
WARNING: Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in serious injury or death.
Read all instructions before use.
Improper care may void any and all warranties.
Always use on and against an immovable solid structure that can support the full body weight of the user.
DO NOT use against glass.
This product SHOULD NOT be used by persons with balance disorders or disabilities that would make use unsafe.
DO NOT use on an elevated surface.
DO NOT use on chairs that are not securely anchored to the ground and not supported by an immovable structure to prevent tipping backwards.
Always use in an area that has sufficient room for your legs to provide stability and support.
DO NOT use while driving or while in a moving vehicle.
DO NOT use with more than one baby or child at a time.
DO NOT use if damaged or broken.
Always check the product before using it to ensure the device is free from damage.
DO NOT store anything on top of the device.
DO NOT pull the Ready Rocker® ends away from one another.
DO NOT use as a catapult or springboard.
DO NOT expose to direct sunlight for a prolonged period of time.
DO NOT submerge or soak in water.
DO NOT stand or sit on the device.
DO NOT adjust the force while simultaneously rocking.
DO NOT force the spring itself up or down.
ONLY adjust the force by turning the dial.
NEVER allow a baby or small child to use this product unattended. Keep children, people, and pets clear of the moving parts of the Ready Rocker® when in use.
Keep away from open fire, heaters, or other sources of strong heat.
Fall Hazard
To prevent falls, do not use on a chair with wheels or on a surface or furniture that can tip over or collapse while using the Ready Rocker®.
Suffocation Hazard
Packaging materials are NOT toys. Do not allow infants or children to play with packaging materials.
Please keep all packaging and loose materials, which can be unsafe, out of reach of children, pets, and others that may swallow, suffocate, or be harmed by it.
Strangulation Hazard
DO NOT place the Ready Rocker® in a location where there are cords such as window blind cords.
Materials
Each Ready Rocker® contains alloy, foam, and fabric: leather/cotton/microfiber/polyester (depending on the model).
Product does not knowingly contain substances know to the State of California to cause cancer and/or birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Cover Care Requirements
Wipe away spills to help prevent staining. Spot clean with mild soap and water. Do not saturate material. Do not machine wash/dry.
1 Year Limited Warranty
Your Rocking Inc.® product is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and provided it is used in compliance with the instructions.
Note: THIS WARRANTY IS GIVEN IN ADDITION TO AND DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS and is only applicable to product purchased from an authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer.
Should a defect be found, please return the product to the authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer from whom the product was purchased or directly to the company. If the product was purchased on rockermama.com or readyrocker.com please contact hello@readyrocker.com for instructions on where to return the product. You can also find the company information on readyrocker.com.
Repair/replacement under the warranty will only be carried out if accompanied by proof of purchase issued by an authorized Rocking Inc.® retailer.
Rocking Inc.® will either repair, or at our option, replace free of charge any parts necessary to correct any defects in material or workmanship which occur during the warranty period.
Please note that this limited warranty will not be applicable if:
- You fail to maintain the product in accordance with this owner's manual. Please refer to the warnings and best use sections for the maintenance requirements.
- Damage is caused by you or any third party.
- The product is faulty due to general wear and tear which is a result of everyday use.
- The product is damaged as a result of an accident.
Please refer to the warnings and best use sections of this manual for proper use.
Note: The high-quality fabrics in your Rocking Inc.® product have been selected to provide excellent service when subject to normal use; however, this warranty does not cover damage or discoloration due to prolonged exposure to either harsh weather or to prolonged sunlight.
The warranty expressly disclaims liability for incidental, special, and consequential damages of any nature. Any implied warranty arising by operation of law shall be limited in operation to the term of this warranty unless specifically covered by your national and/or local statutory rights. Some states/provinces do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above limitation may not apply to you. Some states/provinces do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights based on your state/province of residence.
