I only ordered 1 but received 2 and was charged for 2. I ordered 1 ready rocker and the tote bag, but was charged for 2 and no tote bag. Tried to order the bag but it did not go through. It did arrive in a timly matter. I ordered it for my daughter and im not sure if she likes it or not. It is pretty bulky to carry around without the bag. It should have come with a bag
