FAQs
Fair question — and the honest answer is that everything else you've tried treats your back while you stay perfectly still. Pills mask the ache. Cushions pad it. Braces freeze it. The Ready Rocker is the only one that adds the thing your back has been missing: gentle motion, 15 minutes a day, in the chair you already sit in. And if it doesn't help, the 30-day guarantee means it costs you nothing to find out.
It depends on your seat depth. The Ready Rocker needs at least 20" of depth front-to-back, and some office chairs (around 20" deep) run tight. Measure first — it takes 5 seconds. On couches, recliners, deep dining chairs, and beds, it fits beautifully. And if it doesn't work in your chair, the 30-day guarantee has you covered.
Yes — it’s designed to work for all body types.
The ergonomic arc supports a wide range of heights, weights, and body types. Whether you’re shorter, taller, heavy set or light, the rocker’s flexible frame, memory foam and two-position setup allow you to find your comfort zone quickly.
If you're shorter, you may love it even more: it brings you forward on deep seats so your feet actually reach the floor, and your posture improves.
Check with your doctor first. Rocking is a gentle motion, and most people find it soothing, but if you're healing from a fracture, recent surgery, or a tailbone injury, your doctor knows what your back needs right now.
The purpose-built, perforated frame curves with your back, giving incredible lumbar support and pivots naturally with the body as you move. A layer of premium, highly durable ultra-comfort foam adds comfort without collapsing over time. A padded prop bar protects your furniture, while the non-slip base keeps everything steady.
Despite its slim profile and light weight—about 5 pounds—it’s built to support your body, encourage movement, and enhance posture and comfort wherever you sit.
No. It’s designed to fit seamlessly into your existing space.
With two adjustable rock positions—one for shallow seating, one for deeper seating—the Ready Rocker works with almost any seat: couches, beds, park benches, and more.
For added space in deeper chairs, just place the rocker flush against the seatback and use the Smart Strap to hold it in place.
The Ready Rocker transforms your furniture into an active sitting experience—without crowding your space or changing your setup.
Yes. No tools, no assembly, no learning curve.
Just unfold it, place it against a supportive surface, sit down, and lean back. That’s it.
It folds flat, stows easily under beds or in closets, and travels well in its carry tote. Whether you’re at home, on the go, or setting up in a therapy space, the Ready Rocker is always ready in seconds.
We get it: the Ready Rocker costs more than a basic lumbar cushion. But here’s what that price truly buys you:
You’re investing in active sitting, not just passive posture support. The Ready Rocker delivers a spectrum of therapeutic benefits that stationary cushions simply can’t match:
Rocking isn’t just relaxing — it’s been shown to:
- Encourage better posture by naturally guiding your spine into alignment and discouraging slouching
- Stimulate gentle movement in your hips, back, and core—keeping your body effortlessly engaged while you sit
- Increase blood flow to reduce stiffness and promote circulation, especially during long periods of sitting
- Calm the nervous system by tapping into a natural rhythm that helps lower stress and quiet mental noise
- Promote focus and mental clarity by delivering a steady dose of oxygen-rich blood to the brain
- Support deeper sleep when used in the evening, by triggering the same motion-based relaxation found in rocking cribs and hammocks
- Aid recovery After exercise and for people with physical limitations, helping reduce pain and discomfort without medication or machinery
This isn’t about adding more padding. It’s about giving your back and body what it actually needs while you sit for long hours with movement, alignment, and relief.
The Ready Rocker delivers all that in a form that’s lightweight, portable, and built to last. It’s not just more comfortable. It’s smarter.
So, while a lumbar cushion helps—this is a whole new level. The Ready Rocker brings therapeutic, physiological, and mental well-being benefits—all packed into a portable, science-backed design. Cushions just pad the problem. This helps fix it.
