You need the foam pad.
By the foam pad to go with the rocker. It’s a nice touch and it adds comfort to the rocker.

Makes the rocker more comfortable for me to use and seems like it evens out how it fits against my back. I do wish there was a slightly thicker option though.

This is packaging foam, not soft foam. Please beware of this product. It smells so bad and this cannot be washed. When I opened the box I literally thought it was part of keeping everything in tact because it looks just like what is used to keep other things I have purchased packaged safely and it smells disgusting. I don’t like leaving reviews but because I sent them a message and they didn’t respond I’m leaving this review. Please beware of this product. If you do purchase it please don’t buy what they sell as foam for the backing at $34:00. You can make your own backing. If you notice in the picture it’s all white. I’m sure it’s so you don’t see what they’re selling you.
